Founder and CEO of Nabd Consultancies and Training, which offers innovative human cadres training programs.
Mr. Mohammed Abdul Karim Julfar’s experience extends over forty years, most of which he spent in Dubai Municipality.
During his tenor at Dubai Municipality Mr. Julfar held several positions, the last of which was the position of Assistant Director General (Executive Director) for the Corporate Support Sector, which includes the departments of Finance, Contracts, Procurement, Human Resources, Revenue, and Information Technology. During his career, he contributed to the development of many systems, processes, and procedures.
At Dubai Municipality, Mr. Julfar has won many awards and recognitions, including the Best Leader in Dubai Municipality Award in the year 2004.
He also chaired and participated in many committees and councils in Dubai Municipality, such as the Chairman of the Government Resources Planning Committee and the Vice Chairman of the Higher Committee for Planning and Implementing E-Government. He Also was a member of the Executive Team of the E-Government of the Emirate of Dubai.
Mr. Julfar was nominated to chair and participated in many local and international official delegations as a representative of Dubai Municipality.
Mr. Julfar has interests in the field of sports and its development, as he was elected president and member of several sports federations, including the President of the UAE Volleyball Federation from 2005-2009 session, the President of the UAE Handball Federation in the in the 2016-2020 session, and a member of the UAE National Olympic Committee from 2005 – 2009 and from 2016 – 2020, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Asian Handball Confederation from 2016.
He served as a member and then Vice-President of the Asian Volleyball Federation from 2005-2017, as well as a member and then Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Nasr Club in Dubai from 1997 to 2009.
Mr. Julfar holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Whitworth in Washington State, USA, and a master’s degree from the same university.

Anoud holds 2 masters’ degrees in communication: one in Conflict Resolution & Negotiation, and the other in Media and New Journalism. Following this she started working in media and communication fields.
Her career in media and communication field extends over 22 years during which she wrote curricula, methodologies and trained in many topics such as, media and information literacy, digital literacy, community dialogue, active citizenship, critical thinking, design thinking and many other topics.
She was a speaker/Trainer in many conferences in the topic of media, communication and MIL; like the Best Practices in Communication Conference in Japan 2015, Communication at Workplace in Austria 2016, Teacher Skills Forum in Jordan 2017 & 2018, 1st Media Literacy Conference in UAE 2017, Alexandria Media Forum 2018, Communication Conference in Tunisia 2019, and others.
Anoud’s experience is quite diversified; she hosted the official National ceremony of the 74th Independence day in Raghadan Palace, she is the presenter and the producer of the first Media & Information Literacy TV show in the region “Saddegni” and also the presenter and the producer of the award-winning TV show “Nabd” that was broadcasted on Jordan TV over two seasons, producer of the morning show at Dijla TV in 2015, and she is the producer and co-presenter of the live radio show “Wain Essa7” on Radio Albalad.
When asked about her mission Anoud always says: “Being a responsible active global citizen, I aim at helping people to live as engaged accountable citizens by helping them communicate their feelings, stories and needs clearly and effectively, and by telling them real life stories to inspire them to live their potential to the maximum.

Dina holds more than twenty years of communication and marketing experience with solid record in public and media relation, public affairs, crisis management, communication strategies, CEO positioning programs, corporate social responsibility strategies, coaching and training.
She is the Co-founder of Nabd Training and Consultancy, and Nabd Al Mujtama’a for Media & Information Literacy. Both organizations focus on providing trainings and consultancies in the field of communication for companies, organizations, and local communities with the objective of increasing their levels of engagement and contribution to the community.
Dina’s strong passion for animals led her to become a qualified Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, but she soon realized that her aptitude for communications gave her a clear advantage in the fast-growing communication industry. She worked for leading multinational pharmaceutical companies such as MSD and ABBOTT. She then joined the global communication firm; Burson-Marsteller as their Client Servicing Director in Jordan, after which she held the position of Communication Director for Mercedes-Benz Jordan.
As a communication professional Dina has worked through Nabd with corporates such as Zain Telecommunication, Pharmacy One, Cairo Amman Bank, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Oman Shipping Company, Dubai Municipality, and many others.
She also worked with NGOs such as IREX and UNESCO on developing training curricula on topics such as Community Dialogue, Active Citizenship, Media and Information literacy. She was also a master coach moderating workshops and conducting trainings across the Kingdom.
In 2020 She Co-Authored of a business book entitled “Leading in a Quantum World” Addressing the new age business values needed to efficiently build an engaging business environment.
Dina is a certified High Impact Leadership Consultant from the University of Cambridge, a certified Engagement Champion from Gallup Institute in the UK, a certified facilitator for the International Alternative to Violence Communication Program, and a certified Design Thinking Trainer.
She is also the co-producer and co-presenter of the weekly radio show “Wain Essa7” on Radio Al Balad.
